Producer identity

The earlier disclosures identified Moretus as the publisher of impersonal investment research. The contact address remains oskar@moretus.io.

Nature of the research

Notes were described as impersonal publications, produced without regard to a reader’s circumstances, delivered to all members simultaneously and not personalised. The earlier offering did not include individual investment advice.

Conflicts and positions

The earlier disclosure stated that accounts managed by Moretus might hold positions in instruments covered by its publications. Any such position was to be disclosed on page one of the relevant note as of publication day. Those disclosures were not presented as continuing position updates, entry signals or exit signals.

Earlier publication methodology

The stated method combined fundamental research with demographic and alternative-data signals. A note’s conclusion could be act, watch or pass. Notes were intended to describe the consensus, the reasons for a different view and the evidence that would invalidate it.
