This website introduces Moretus and its work in quantitative research and trading technology. It does not offer new research memberships. Career pages invite conversations about areas of interest; they are not an offer of employment.

Earlier research memberships

The terms below record the earlier research offering for reference. They are not a current sales offer. This website redesign does not itself cancel an existing membership or change any agreed rights or obligations. If you have a membership question, contact oskar@moretus.io.

Historical membership offer

The earlier published offer priced membership at $1,000. The first 150 memberships formed a numbered first edition: paid once, they included every research note published, for as long as publication continued, delivered by email to all members at the same time. Seats were numbered in payment order. From seat 151, the published price was $1,000 a year.

Historical free tier

The earlier free tier offered an email on the day each idea was published, announcing its existence and shape without naming the instrument. The name and a public one-paragraph thesis were to follow after a reveal window of roughly 30 days.

Nature of earlier publications

The research was described as an impersonal publication, produced without regard to any reader’s circumstances and delivered to everyone at once. It was not personalised investment advice. Decisions about buying, selling and position sizing remained with the reader.

Historical positions and signals disclosure

The earlier terms stated that accounts managed by Moretus might hold positions in instruments covered by a publication. Any such position was to be disclosed on page one of the note, as of publication day only. The terms did not promise subsequent disclosure updates, buy or exit signals, or a model portfolio.

Transaction-specific terms

The earlier website terms left the seller of record, refund terms and governing law unspecified pending checkout setup. This page does not fill those gaps retrospectively. For an existing transaction, consult the terms supplied with that transaction and contact us with any questions.
